Capital Bond Electrical delivered a staged office and showroom upgrade for BASC, transforming their existing premises while keeping the business fully operational throughout construction.

The project involved the relocation of their working office into two newly acquired tenancies, with demolition and a full electrical and lighting install forming the backbone of the extension. Feature lighting played a central role in showcasing BASC’s extensive product range, supported by a modern communications and data backbone installed throughout.

Once the new office space was complete and BASC had moved in, we safely demolished the original office area and converted it into a striking new showroom, integrating statement fittings and functional display lighting to create a polished, client-ready space. All works were completed with careful staging and minimal disruption to daily operations.
